TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
Last updated: 28 August 2026.
1. Seller identification
The services and content offered on this website are provided by Angelina Tsarkova, owner of the ES-Academia brand, NIE/NIF/CIF Y5357039P, address: Calle Jumilla, 3, puerta 22, 46018 Valencia, Spain. Contact: info@esacademia.com.
2. Scope and acceptance
These terms govern the purchase of and access to online courses, educational materials and other services offered on esacademia.com. Before paying, the customer must review the course description, content, price and requirements. Placing an order means accepting these terms and the Privacy Policy.
3. Prices, taxes and payment
Prices and applicable taxes are displayed before the order is completed. Payment may be processed through WooPayments, card, Klarna, PayPal, bank transfer or other enabled methods. Availability depends on the customer’s country, currency and approval by the payment provider.
4. Order confirmation and course access
After payment is confirmed, the buyer receives an email confirmation and access through their account. The customer must provide a valid email address and keep account credentials confidential. If access is not delivered or a technical problem occurs, contact info@esacademia.com.
5. Withdrawal right and digital content
Consumers generally have fourteen calendar days to withdraw from a distance contract. However, for digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the withdrawal right is lost once performance begins when the buyer has given prior express consent to immediate access and expressly acknowledged this consequence.
Before completing the course purchase, the buyer must therefore tick a separate box requesting immediate access and acknowledging that the right of withdrawal is lost once access begins, in accordance with Article 103(m) of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007.
If immediate access is not requested, the buyer may withdraw within the legal period by sending an unequivocal statement to info@esacademia.com. Access will then begin only after the withdrawal period ends or after the required consent is given.
6. Refunds and technical problems
Loss of the withdrawal right does not affect statutory remedies where digital content is not provided, is non-conforming or cannot be accessed because of a problem attributable to ES-Academia. Duplicate or incorrect charges will also be reviewed. Any refund due will normally be returned through the original payment method within the applicable legal period.
No refund is granted for a simple change of mind after access to the digital content has begun with the express consent described above.
7. Intellectual property
Videos, texts, tables, exercises, images and other materials belong to ES-Academia or are used with permission. The purchase grants only a personal, limited and non-transferable right of access. Copying, sharing, reselling, publishing or distributing the content is prohibited.
8. Account security
The buyer must not share an account, circumvent security measures or use the service unlawfully. ES-Academia may suspend fraudulent use without limiting the consumer’s statutory rights.
9. Support and complaints
For questions, incidents, withdrawal requests or complaints, write to info@esacademia.com.
10. Applicable law
These terms are governed by applicable Spanish and European Union law. For consumers, any reference to the courts of Valencia is without prejudice to mandatory consumer jurisdiction rules.
